What is the return policy?
Because most of our items are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All customized and made-to-order items are final sale.This includes personalized designs, names, colors, or any item created specifically for you. Please double-check all details before placing your order
